Mr Tan Chee Keong

Managing Partner

25 years of experience in corporate law and commercial transactions. Called to the Singapore Bar in 1999, Mr Tan co-founded the firm after a career at a top-tier Singapore practice. He leads the corporate and M&A practice.

Ms Goh Shu Fen

Partner, Family & Property Law

18 years of experience specialising in family law and conveyancing. Known for her empathetic approach to contentious matrimonial matters and her meticulous, deadline-driven conveyancing practice.

Mr Darren Loh

Partner, Dispute Resolution

15 years of civil and commercial litigation experience across the State Courts and High Court. Darren specialises in contractual disputes, debt recovery, and employment matters.
